Release day: MUR “Brutalism”

Brutalism, the one of a kind debut album of the French band Mur is finally out!

MUR released its first eponymous album (2,000 copies) in 2014 with Dooweet. After receiving good critics in the specialized press, the band is featured on the Terrorizer UK’s sampler.

MUR performed a few times on stage and quickly decided to focus again on songwriting. In June 2018, the band hit the studio and recorded BRUTALISM, an album with a hardcore organic atmosphere tinted with rough and dynamic post-black metal.

MUR includes former members of Today is the Day, Glorior Belli, Mass Hysteria, Comity and Four Question Marks.

MUR is composed of six live performers offering a 45- to 60-minute metal set played straight forward.
